Live Sale Policy

We host live sales on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. By participating in our live sales, you agree to the following terms:

1. Claiming Items

  • To claim an item during a live sale, you must message us immediately on the same platform where you made the claim to confirm.

  • Once you confirm your claim, we will respond with a message letting you know when your order is live on the website, along with a direct link to complete your purchase.

2. Payment Terms

  • You will have 48 hours from the time we message you to complete your purchase.

  • If payment is not made within 48 hours, your claimed items will be returned to the floor and made available to others.

  • If this happens, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to claim again in the future.

  • If you fail to pay twice, you will be banned from claiming in live sales and from our social media pages.

3. No Confirmation = No Claim

  • If you do not message us immediately after the live sale, your claim will not be honored, and the items will go back on the floor.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • It may take 2–4 business days to get your claimed items listed on the website, although most orders are ready by the next business day.

  • Once you’ve placed your order, please allow:

    • 1–2 weeks for your order to ship

    • 1–2 weeks for delivery (U.S. orders only)

5. Shipping Limitations

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • International customers: thank you for your interest! We are working on making live sale options available for international shipping soon.
