Live Sale Policy
We host live sales on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. By participating in our live sales, you agree to the following terms:
1. Claiming Items

To claim an item during a live sale, you must message us immediately on the same platform where you made the claim to confirm.

Once you confirm your claim, we will respond with a message letting you know when your order is live on the website, along with a direct link to complete your purchase.
2. Payment Terms

You will have 48 hours from the time we message you to complete your purchase.

If payment is not made within 48 hours, your claimed items will be returned to the floor and made available to others.

If this happens, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to claim again in the future.

If you fail to pay twice, you will be banned from claiming in live sales and from our social media pages.
3. No Confirmation = No Claim

If you do not message us immediately after the live sale, your claim will not be honored, and the items will go back on the floor.
4. Order Processing & Shipping

It may take 2–4 business days to get your claimed items listed on the website, although most orders are ready by the next business day.

Once you’ve placed your order, please allow:

1–2 weeks for your order to ship

1–2 weeks for delivery (U.S. orders only)

5. Shipping Limitations

We currently only ship within the United States.

International customers: thank you for your interest! We are working on making live sale options available for international shipping soon.
