Live Sale Claim Policy

Everyone is welcome to claim during our live sales!

Joining is easy! If you see something you'd like to purchase during one of our live sales, simply type "CLAIM" in the chat.

After the Live Sale

Once the live has ended, you must send us a DM or email so we can contact you with your personalized checkout link on our website.

Checkout links are typically sent out once per week, usually on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. Depending on order volume, your link may be sent later in the week or the following week.

Important: Contact Us

If you do not message us after the live to claim your cart, your items will automatically be returned to inventory. To claim items again in the future, a non-refundable deposit will be required.

Payment Policy

Once we send you your personalized checkout link, you will have 48 hours to complete payment unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

If payment is not received within 48 hours, your items will be returned to inventory, and a deposit will be required before you may claim items in future live sales.

Cart Abandonment Policy

Customers who abandon two (2) carts without an approved reason will no longer be permitted to participate in our live sale claiming system.
