We currently offer shipping within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but this option may become available in the future for live claims only.
Orders are processed and shipped once a week, unless otherwise announced on our social media channels due to delays or holidays.
Shipping timelines are as follows:

2. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as shipped and delivered, we are no longer responsible for it. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If we’ve confirmed that the shipping address you provided is correct, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
3. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the item's price, or you may receive a replacement with your next order. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item(s) to begin the process.
4. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns. Refunds are only issued for damaged items as outlined above. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
